Is this a dream we share? SEA : a region whereby… Students of any nation can easily enroll in another university within the region for a certain period of time and the credits are being transferred Graduates of any nations can be employed in other countries within the region There are a lot of multi-cultural workplace
To reach this dream, Convergence of HE Infrastructure is needed
EU experience indicates that we need: • “Asean” HE Qualifications Framework, • “Asean” Register of QA Agencies, • “Asean” Diploma Supplement (Student Passport), • “Asean” Standards and Guidelines for QA in HE, and • “Asean” Credit Transfer System

Activities • 2010 AQAN Roundtable Meeting, BAN-PT – Jakarta, June 2010. • Promoting Bilateral Agreement between AQAN Members – Joint Signing Ceremony during 2010 Roundtable. • Quality Assurance E-Journal Project, ONESQA. • AQAN Logo Competition • Development of AQAN Website • ASEAN Internal Quality Assurance Award
With a gradually connected QA System in the region We will be able to " Break the wall created by our own diversity and build the bridge to connect us together" Freer movement of students, staff, and People
