  2. Interval Fouls (10-1-7) Penalties for fouls between the end of the 4th period and the start of the extra period in overtime Enforce from the spot of the first possession series, the 25-yard line

  21. Before a Change of PossessionFouls by Team A Foul by Team A on successful try. Team A penalty includes loss of down. Team A foul not offset, no other change of possession, nor score. Put ball in play from spot where penalty leaves it. Score canceled, try over,and no yardage penalty assessed. Penalty is declined by rule.

  27. During a Try Team A’s kick is successful. K H RULING: Team A may decline the score and repeat the try from the 1½ yard line, or accept the score with the penalty enforced on the succeeding kickoff or succeeding spot in extra periods. B1 roughs the holder or kicker G

  28. Penalties against either team are declined by rule (Exception: Penalties for flagrant personal fouls, unsportsmanlike conduct fouls, dead-ball personal fouls and live-ball fouls treated as dead-ball fouls are enforced on the succeeding kickoff or at the succeeding spot in extra periods.) A score by a team committing a foul during the down is canceled. If both teams foul during the down and Team B had not fouled before the change of possession, the fouls cancel, the down is not repeated, and the try is ended. Penalties against either team are declined by rule in extra periods (Exceptions: Penalties for flagrant personal fouls, unsportsmanlike conduct fouls, dead-ball personal fouls and live-ball fouls treated as dead-ball fouls are enforced on the succeeding play.) A score by a team committing a foul during the down is canceled. If both teams foul during the down and Team B had not fouled before the change of possession, the fouls cancel and the down is not repeated.   37. Fouls After a Try (8-3-5) Penalties for fouls after a try are enforced on the succeeding kickoff or from the succeeding spot in extra periods. If the try is replayed, the penalties are enforced before the replay.
