  2. How to Open a File • Click file then select open. This will display the documents you have saved. Choose the appropriate document and click open

  3. How to Insert a Picture from Clip Art • Click on Insert on the toolbar, and then hit Picture. Finally click on click Clip Art. In the search text box type the name of what you want then click search.
