Community Service Cord • Must have 160 hours to earn the cord • Must have 140 hours logged and verified in x2VOL by January 1, 2020 with a plan to complete and log the last 20 hours by March 1, 2020. • All hours must be verified by April 1st of the senior year. Class of 2020SPO Senior parent organization • Mission: • The purpose of the TMHS Senior Parent Organization, a non-profit educational organization serving the Tomball Memorial High School in the state of Texas, is to provide a safe and fun place for TMHS students to go after prom free of any alcohol and/or drugs while also providing many activities which are an important part of their senior year. This purpose is to be realized by • 1) raising funds and obtaining donations from individuals, business groups, corporations, foundations, and other donors in the community, • 2) from the funds raised provide prizes, games, entertainment, decorations and food for Project Prom which is the after-prom event each year for our high school seniors, and • 3) acting as a fiscal agent for the sponsorship of activities to carry out the first two purposes. • Important Information: • Webpage: TMHS-SPO.com • Next general member meeting: September 11th in LGI (room # 1404) at 6:30 • All events are made possible through memberships, donations, and sponsorships • All volunteers must complete a background check, and be a member of SPO.
