PSTN equipment needs to be right sized to support sustaining of the platform Cost of maintaining components of the PSTN is rising Mobile and Over the Top providers offer more integrated and innovative services – customers expectations are going up. The case for an all-IP solution is compelling, with Voice as a service over broadband it will provide customers with more from their communications services such as: BTs API stack allowing integration to customers CRM Integrating Broadsoft and Office 365
