  2. 10.3.2 Approval of the revision of OIML B 3 • A new version of B3 was prepared by TC 3 / SC 5 and discussed during the Sub Committee meeting held in Paris, October 2010. • This new version incorporates ‘lessons learned’ over the last seven years, including Resolutions that the CIML has approved during that time

  3. 10.3.2 Approval of the revision of OIML B 3 • The revision of OIML B 3:2003 “OIML Basic Certificate System for OIML Type Evaluation of Measuring Instruments” passed the preliminary online CIML ballot (33 votes in favor, 3 abstentions)

  4. 10.3.2 Approval of the revision of OIML B 10 • A new version of B10, incorporating both B 10 -1 and B 10 -2, was prepared by TC 3 / SC 5. • Two different versions were submitted for approval of TC 3 / SC5. • Version 1, not including the use of test data from MTLs, passed the preliminary online ballot, (33 votes in favor, 3 abstentions) . • Version 2, which included the use of test data from MTLs, was not approved by TC 3 / SC 5, and therefore, was not submitted for preliminary balloting.

  5. 10.3.2 CIML Resolution • Draft Resolution No. … • The Committee, Approves the following Draft Basic Publications: • - Revision of OIML B 3 “OIML Basic Certificate System for OIML Type Evaluation of Measuring Instruments”, • Revision of OIML B 10-1 and OIML B 10-2 “Framework for a Mutual Acceptance Arrangement on OIML Type Evaluations”. • This is for B10 without MTL data!

New project request • Pending confirmation from the CPRs, TC 3 /SC 5 secretariat request the approval of a new project for the review of B 10, and including the documents: • OIML MAA 01 Operating rules of the Committee on Participation Review and Declarations of Mutual Confidence • OIML MAA 03 Peer assessment process
