The Surface Water Grant Program Helps communities protect and improve waterbodies, by supporting surface water management, from start to finish. AGENDA ITEM # 4.C., Carroll Schaal, Lakes & Rivers Section Chief
Purpose: • Protect and restore lakes, rivers and wetlands, and control aquatic invasive species. • Funding: • $6 M annually - water resources account of the Conservation Fund. • Applicants: • Local units of government, tribes, non profits, lake associations, river management organizations.
