F&A ReviewSara Tarkington retired, new contact Palvi Sharma, Office of Financial Planning & Analysis The FY19 YTD Modified Total Direct Cost (“MTDC”) sponsored base spending was up 10.6% from the last fiscal year. The effective rate in August was 38.9% up from 2018. The YTD Total Sponsored Expenditures, comprised of all spending on grants was up 12.1% as compared with 2018
