  6. Natural Breaks – Obvious differences

  7. Changing Classifications

  8. Equal Interval – Notice the equal ranges of values. Quantile – Equal number of features. Notice, values are unimportant.

  9. There are not an equal number of states per class. There are 5 states in each category Equal Area Quantile

  10. There are 5 states in each category – the top most populated, the next 5 most populated ….. The 5 least populated states.
