4. “ATTITUDE”by Chuck Swindoll The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.

5. “ATTITUDE”by Chuck Swindoll It will make or break a company... a church...a home… The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable.

6. “ATTITUDE”by Chuck Swindoll The only thing we cando is play on the one string we have, andthat is our attitude... I am convinced thatlife is 10% whathappens to me and90% how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in chargeof our Attitude!

11. words used to describe ATTITUDE disposition, feeling, mood, opinion, sentiment,temper, tone, perspective, frame of mind, outlook, viewor morale

12. pilots use the word “attitude” to describe their horizontal relationship with the runway during landings

13. if the plane’s attitude isnot properly aligned, it will make contact with the ground at the wrong angle and crash!

14. Your inward disposition or ‘attitude’ toward people, circumstances or situations determines your final outcome

15. are you going to land smoothly, or crash? are you a winner or a whiner? are you positive or negative?

16. so what kind of attitude do you want to have?

17. “ATTITUDE”by John Maxwell • it’s the “advance man” ofour true selves • it’s roots are inward, butit’s fruit is outward • it’s our best friend orworst enemy • it’s more honest and moreconsistent than our words • it’s our outlook based onpast experiences

18. “ATTITUDE”by John Maxwell • it draws people to us, orrepels people from us • it is never content until itis expressed • it is the librarian of ourpast • it is the speaker of ourpresent • it is the prophet of ourfuture

19. the difference between winners and whiners is the attitude they have and the way they respond totheir problems

22. 1 Peter 5:8-98 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

23. satan wants to knock you off course he’d love to knock you out, but if he can get you in your attitude, he’llbe satisfied

24. satan is a liar he’s calledthe wicked one, the serpent,the dragon,the devil,the accuser & your adversary

25. he didn’t get all of these names by“mickey mousing” around!

26. he wants to derail your life he wants to break your spirit he wants you to be messed up on the inside!

27. Nehemiah 1:1-41 The words of Nehemiah the son of Hachaliah. And it came to pass in the month Chisleu, in the twentieth year, as I was in Shushan the palace, 2 That Hanani, one of my brethren, came, he and certain men of Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews that had escaped, which were left of the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem.

Nehemiah 2:8And a letter unto Asaph the keeper of the king's forest, that he may give me timber to make beams for the gates of the palace which appertained to the house, and for the wall of the city, and for the house that I shall enter into. And the king granted me, according to the good hand of my God upon me.

33. Nehemiah 2:19But when Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, and Geshem the Arabian, heard it, they laughed us to scorn, and despised us, and said, What is this thing that ye do? will ye rebel against the king? they laughed at us they despised us they ridiculed us

34. Nehemiah 4:1-31 But it came to pass, that when Sanballat heard that we builded the wall, he was wroth, and took great indignation, and mocked the Jews.

35. Nehemiah 4:1-32 And he spake before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, What do these feeble Jews? will they fortify themselves? will they sacrifice? will they make an end in a day? will they revive the stones out of the heaps of the rubbish which are burned?

36. Nehemiah 4:1-33 Now Tobiah the Ammonite was by him, and he said, Even that which they build, if a fox go up, he shall even break down their stone wall.

37. Nehemiah 2:20Then answered I them, and said unto them, The God of heaven, he will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build: but ye have no portion, nor right, nor memorial, in Jerusalem. god will prosper us We his servants willarise and build You have no part, no right, no memorial

38. it’s surprising at how quickly a winning attitude can turn things around

39. Nehemiah 4:6So built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work. so we built the wall the people hada mind to work

40. Nehemiah 4:9Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God, and set a watch against them day and night, because of them. we made ourprayer to god we set a watch against them day and night

Nehemiah 4:14And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember the LORD, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses. Be not afraid of them Remember the lord who is great and terrible Fight for your family

42. Nehemiah 4:17They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon.

46. This kind of victorious attitude can radically change things, but you will face intense opposition from the enemy

48. THE ENEMY WANTS YOU DISTRACTED Nehemiah 6:1-21 Now it came to pass when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and Geshem the Arabian, and the rest of our enemies, heard that I had builded the wall, and that there was no breach left therein; (though at that time I had not set up the doors upon the gates;)

49. THE ENEMY WANTS YOU DISTRACTED Nehemiah 6:1-22 That Sanballat and Geshem sent unto me, saying, Come, let us meet together in some one of the villages in the plain of Ono. But they thought to do me mischief. The Plain Of “OH-NO!”
