Folly Beach • Folly Beach is located on the coast of South Carolina. Folly Beach is a beautiful beach to visit with family and friends. It is located about 15 minutes away from Charleston. After the wedding you can go to downtown Charleston and continue the celebration! • Local hotels for visitors: Planters Inn, The Francis Marion Hotel, French Quarter Inn, Best Western King Charles Inn, Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina, an many more. • Local Restaurants: Lost Dog Café, Tokyo Crepes, Black Magic Café, Rita’s, Taco Boy, Blu Restaurant and Bar, and many more.
Wedding • The wedding will be located at the Tides of Folly Beach Hotel. • The wedding ceremony will be on the beach. • The reception will be located at High Cotton Restaurant in the Main Dining Room. High Cotton Restaurant is in Charleston, SC. It will take the guest about 15-20 minutes from Tides of Folly Beach Hotel.

Rehearsal Dinner • Rehearsal Dinner will be in the French Quarter Room at High Cotton Restaurant in Charleston, SC.

Reception • Reception will be held in the Main Dining Room at High Cotton Restaurant in Charleston, SC. Tables will not be set like that, there will be a dance area in the middle.
Honeymoon • Mary and her husband will be traveling to Cairns, Australia. They will leave November 4th and spend 7 days/ 6 nights in the Tropics. Theywill be met at Cairns Airport, or Cairns Railway Station upon their arrival, and taken to the Park Regis and checked in to avery comfortable and very convenient one bedroom apartment which is fully self-contained and just a very short walk to the shops cafes and restaurants of the city centre, as well as the marina and lagoon on the waterfront.
Activities • 3 tours are included with their stay, but they have the choice to add any extra tours they would like. • Day 1: Great Barrier Reef • Day 2: Kuranda • Day 3: Daintree, Mossman Gorge • They can attend these tours any day they would like. • The other four days are of their choice.
Great Barrier Reef • Discover one of the great natural wonders of the world – located just off the coast from Cairns, the Great Barrier Reef is an awe-inspiring underwater spectacle of brilliantly coloured corals and more than 10,000 diverse and unique marine species. You will be take on a fast, air-conditioned catamaran out to a spacious outer reef activity pontoon. Your day includes: • Free tea and coffee on boarding; tropical buffet lunch including seafood, hot dishes, salads and fruit. • Marine naturalist presentation; marine life touch tank; underwater observatory; • Glass bottom boat tours, and semi-submersible vessel tours; • All snorkelling equipment and expert instruction; snorkelling enclosure with rest and viewing stations; • Freshwater showers, and change rooms; • Afternoon tea. Full bar facilities on board. (Scuba diving is available as an optional extra).
Kuranda • They will be picked up at the hotel to visit the “little village in the rainforest” on the famous Skyrailand return on the older and equally famous Kuranda Scenic Railway. Skyrail skims over the top of the rainforest canopy with fabulous views out over Cairns and the northern beaches and even to Green Island on a very clear day! Explore Kuranda with its markets and many little shops and cafes and restaurants – they may wish to visit the famous Butterfly Sanctuary to see the spectacular Ulysses and Birdwing butterflies, before returning to Cairns on the breathtaking journey on the scenic railway (completed in 1891) through 15 tunnels, around 93 curves, & over bridges for an awesome journey on of man-made ingenuity, on the opposite side of Barron Gorge from the route the Skyrail takes.
Daintree, Mossman Gorge • After being picked up from the hotel they will travel north via the Captain Cook Highway, one of the world’s most beautiful coastal routes, beside the Coral Sea and flanked by rainforest covered mountains with views of offshore islands. Enjoy a short tour of Port Douglas and arrive at the Daintree River for morning tea before relaxing on one-hour cruise on the mighty river. Enjoy a first-class lunch of wild barramundi, salads and a special tropical fruit tasting. Visit Mossman Gorge and enjoy a guided walk or maybe instead enjoy a swim. Then a visit to Hartley’s Crocodile Park will entertain and inform them about these prehistoric reptiles with an attack show and cruise on the lagoon where you will guaranteed close-up sightings! The tour returns via picturesque Palm Cove concluding a day of remarkable tropical experiences.
