  2. กติกาการแข่งขัน 1.เปิดรับสมัครเพื่อเข้าร่วมแข่งขัน “PDU Award” ถึงวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2557 2.รับข้อมูลรายละเอียดการแข่งขัน และส่งใบสมัครผ่าน DPEX website 3.เข้าร่วมประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ PDSS อย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง 4.ส่งข้อมูลทุก 2 เดือน ผ่านโปรแกรม DPEX URL : http://www.nhso.info/pd_saraburi 5.หน่วยงานที่ผ่านเกณฑ์รับรางวัล เตรียมรับการสุ่มตรวจจากคณะกรรมการ 6.เข้าร่วมฟังประกาศผลรางวัลวันที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2557

  6. PD ExcellentAward • Criteria • The lowest of Percentage of C/S negative and Infection Rate • Start Counting (1 Jan 14 – 30 Nov 14) • Ranking Top 5 hospital

  7. The Best Of Improvement Award • Criteria • The Highest percentage Improvement of DOR • The Highest percentage Improvement of TOT • Compare data between 1 Dec 12 – 30 Nov 13 and 1 Dec 13 – 30 Nov 14
