Progress Update and Planned Work for Optical Link Development

This progress report highlights the completion of the schematics for TX and RX, a revised management plan, and the arrival of VCSELs with PDs ordered. The first draft of the RX layout and a redrafted optical link power budget are also mentioned. Planned work for the upcoming week includes completing the layout for both RX and TX, ordering passive devices, and PCBs. An accompanying Gantt chart for RX/TX schematics is provided.
