The New Design is Practical Within Its Environment • The addition of Register Databases as part of Record Management • System within the workflow ensures security and availability of the case • information for future reference. • Presence of Student Assistance Board provides due assistance to • the student especially if the student is later found to be innocent or • committed unintentional misconduct. • A Chance to seek External Assistance during Appeal Process • would give a sense of additional fair treatment for the student and • would also indicate unbiased nature of the appeal process. • R.How IT is Used in the Improved Business Process • Mainly in the development of the Record Management System is where • Information Technology has become useful in the improved business • process. • Also, in the update of Register Databases is where IT is also useful in • the improved business process.
