Conflict is quarrel, a scandal in which the parties can use the reproaches and insults. Life is impossible without conflict, we must learn to resolve them peacefully.
Conflicts happen because people are different : they want different things, they have different ideas and their values are different.
An example of the conflict: The two brothers did not share the computer. They could not decide who will the first to sit at the computer. This led to conflict.
It is necessary to resolve conflicts peacefully, to avoid bad relations, violence, fights and even wars.
Advice: • Need to give vent to his feelings, warning about the others; • Find the third, who will help sort out the conflict; • Put yourself in the shoes of another person; • Realize the right to exist another point of view.
We recommend that you read the book’’Heroes of our time’’. This book is useful in that it is necessary to learn from the mistakes of others, not to be peasants.
