P U R P O S E Missionaries around the world are nurtured, renewed and equipped to administer grace in their work and in their personal relationships.
V I S I O N • Establish an effective model for implementing a comprehensive support program to deal with the challenges of human relationships. • Reduce the attrition rate of missionaries and the recurring expense of recruiting and training new people.
H I S T O R Y • 1998 - Established after 2 ½ years of careful research on the need for an organization that would provide support services to missions in foreign fields. • 1999 – Presented team-building model to 7 U.S. churches and took our first 2 trips to Moscow, Russia.
H I S T O R Y • 2000 – Traveled to Russia (3 trips) & Mexico (1 trip). • 2001 – Served 5 missions organizations involved in 12 countries. • 2002 – Developed organizational structure: team of consultants.
