Action Planning • What questions do you need to answer in order to validate your business idea? • What sources of information are you going to use? • Who’s going to do it?
Remember! The aim is to identify and develop a viable business opportunity.If your Initial Business Proposition seems unviable, you need to redirect your research to investigate alternative options.
