The essence of the new role of region during development of information society, putting in force rules of balanced development and intensifying of the globalization trends is: • On the one hand wide-broad co-operation providing synergy in gaining common Europe targets. • On the other hand the consequent subordination every on initiatives and tasks realization in the regional scale to the rules connecting with transaction world concerning widemeant competition. Such essence is corresponded with our “Model of Regional Transaction Process”.

Summary • The aptitude of presenting model for the practical action of region in conditions of new economy has been proved by the certain simulation “exante” using selected region. • The confrontation the results of the simulations with organization management in “Podlasie Region” proves adequacy of chosen attitude to the problem.
