Common Concerns - Traffic Host Agreement • Likely to Include mandated period of “Appointment Only” retail operation • Will allow company and Town to gauge traffic and respond • Worcester – implemented this approach and removed restriction within first month of operation Parking Lots • One lot near retail has 20 spots • Additional parking in large parking lot (150-200 spots) Work With Town/Police On Safety Measures • Stop signs and/or police detail Traffic • Hours Will Be different than current bar • Employee traffic similar to Ethan Allen traffic Walkway Not Leicester
