Update New Things that we have been doing This was our first visit to Melbicks. A carer told us to go there The Fitness, Balance and independence Team are coming in to do exercises Good news NONE New people we have met NONE Worries/ Concerns we have NONE
Update New Things that we have been doing Julie from Moorcroft has offered us some free gardening sessions Evans from the Fitness, Balance and Independence is coming in to do dancing sessions on a Wednesday Service users have also asked to do Bhangra music, Cookery and Computer sessions Good news Some of us are excited about starting the gardening project This will be run by a charity and they may be able to help us get £1,000 in spending money. New people we have met Julie from Moorcroft nature reserve Evans from Fitness, Balance and Independence Walsall Housing Group Worries/ Concerns we have Some of us a worried about the new transport card What do I do if I loose it?
Update New Things that we have been doing Yvonne is now doing a crochet course on a Thursday afternoon We will be going a gardening project and growing our own vegetables We will also be learning about healthy eating and keeping fit Good news Everyone is happy with Pleck and like the activities that they are doing New people we have met We meet a lot of people who use St Johns the same as we do Like the elderly people who come to play bingo on a Monday and Thursday Worries/ Concerns we have Gillian was worried about her taxi dropping her off over the road from Pleck. Staff are talking to the taxi company.
Update New Things that we have been doing We will be having coffee mornings and inviting other people from the other community bases We go bowling twice a week in Bloxwich We are learning about healthy eating and have made a display boardabout it. Good news Some of us are linking in with the college and are going to Brownhills Library to learn computer skills New people we have met We have met some of the local Police and members of the Princes Trust We also made friends with people in the local shops The minister of the Church Annie pops in for a coffee once a month Worries/ Concerns we have One of our service users is a little worried about a blood test she has got to have
Update New Things that we have been doing We now have a sewing group We have a Wii that we enjoy playing Good news As we have all really enjoyed our drama we are now deciding what to do for our play this year New people we have met NONE Worries/ Concerns we have NONE
Update New Things that we have been doing Some of us now go to Moxley breakfast club We have meeting to talk about what we want to do Good news Some of us were sad that Willenhall was closed because of the snow. We are happy to be back at Willenhall we missed coming New people we have met We met policemen at Moxley Breakfast club and other people Worries/ Concerns we have We have lost one of our friends and we want to know when the funeral is?
Update New Things that we have been doing Some of us are going to play snooker once a week. The snooker club gave us some cues and balls to practice with We are trying new things like fishing, internet, exercises to see if we like them Good news Brian would like to sat that Aston Villa are going to Wembley We have made new friends at Pinfold New people we have met Going out in the community we have met new people We have made new friends at Pinfold. They have made us very welcome Worries/ Concerns we have Doreen is worried about Pinfold closing and wants to know where we are going. No-one has told us nothing and we want to stay in Bloxwich

Action Points Anne and Donna will meet with them to talk about how we can work together Work together with Community Base Leaders Find ways to bring in money to help bring new things into the community bases Donna is meeting with Someone from the council to talk about getting funding Make it easier to get to meetings and save money on taxis Community Base staff have talked about helping each other help get representatives to meetings if they do not have any transport
