Cat# RCAB0002P-F, Lot# 20100713 . Validation of NANOG antibody. A. Western blot analysis of NANOG expression in various mouse cell lines. Whole cell extracts prepared from G1E, G1E-ER4+E2, ES-E14 (whole cell), ES-E14 (supernatant), ES-E14 (nuclear) were separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF using standard immunoblotting methods. NANOG expression was detected using Rabbit anti-Mouse NANOG polyclonal antibody (RCAB0002P-F, 1:1000) followed by incubation with anti-rabbit secondary antibody (1:5000) and detected by ECL Plus (Amersham Biosciences). Consistent with data published by Cosmo Bio Co.,LTD. NANOG was detected only in whole cell and nuclear extracts of ES-E14 cells, but not in erythroid cell lines G1E or G1E-ER4. B.
