Objective • At the end of this workshop, you should be able to: • Download ms clip arts online for Ppt 2000 • Download ms clip arts online for Ppt XP • Perform editing of ms clip arts for Ppt: • Download ms clip arts online. • Break apart the ms objects. • Edit colours, resize, rotate, group etc. Click Next to continue

  5. Download Clips:Pptt2K How to get ClipArt Online? for Ppt 2000 version • INSERT > PICTURE > CLIP ART Pg 1/5 Click Next to continue

  6. Download Clips 2. Click on CLIPS ONLINE 3. A pop-up window appears, check that you have internet access. 4. Click OK Pg 2/5 Click Next to continue

  7. Download Clips 6 8 9 5. You will be brought to MS Office URL. 6. Search for Clip art , Type in the description of the clip art you are looking for. 7. Click GO 8. Check the box below the clip art that you wish to download. 9. It will go into the basket on the left. It shows one item selected. 10. Click DOWNLOAD Pg 3/5 Click Next to continue

  8. Download Clips 11. Click ACCEPT to the terms of Use. 12. Follow the instruction, Click DOWNLOAD > OPEN. Pg 4/5 Click Next to continue

  9. Download Clips 13 14 13. You will be able to see the clip arts which you have downloaded under PICTURES TAB for clip arts. Whereas for animation clips, they can be found under the MOTION CLIPS TAB. 14. If you cannot see your clips, Click on the DOWNLOAD CLIPS , you will then be able see your clips. 15. Click on the selected clip art and it will be inserted into your ppt. Pg 5/5 Click Menu to continue

  12. Download Clips 5 7 8 4. You will be brought to MS Office URL. 5. Search for Clip art , Type in the description of the clip art you are looking for. 6. Click GO 7. Check the box below the clip art that you wish to download. 8. It will go into the basket on the left. It shows one item selected. 9. Click DOWNLOAD Pg 3/6 Click Next to continue

  15. Download Clips 16 15 14. The selected Clip will be downloaded into your clip organiser. 15. Mouse over the clip and information about the clip is shown. 16. Click on the arrow at the right hand side of each clip art, and select copy. 17. Return to the ppt where you intent to insert the clip. 18. Click EDIT > PASTE Pg 6/6 Click Menu to continue

  16. Edit Clip Arts 3 1 2 1. Insert all the clip arts you require to your ppt 2. Select the clip which you intent to edit. 3. EDIT > Picture Object Pg 1/3 Click Next to continue

  17. Edit Clip Arts 5 4 4.. Click ‘YES’ to accept the conversion to ms office drawing object. 5. The clip is break apart into individual objects where editing can be carried out for each one if required. Pg 2/3 Click Next to continue

  18. Edit Clip Arts 6 7 6. Break apart each clip, select and group individual item of each clip eg. The hard hat of the worker, similarly the green jacket, the mortar hat and scroll. 7. Each item can be edited using the various drawing tools provided by ppt to change colour, stretch, rotate etc. Pg 3/3 Click Menu to continue
