    2. Questionnaires sent out We sent out a total of 40 questionnaires with 28 being returned.

The welcome you and your child received when you first came to the centre ‘I love this day care I visited 20 different day cares in Reading before I decided this one was the one for my boys’ ‘Everyone was very welcoming – good atmosphere’ ‘Pleased that my son was welcomed and talked to personally.’ ‘Really lovely people’ ‘Jean walked us around and was happy to answer any questions / concerns we had. Reception staff very friendly and helpful’ ‘Staff are very friendly’
