SICK LEAVE BANK SETUP • Create either a generic absence code or an absence code for each employee being donated too. e.g. sickbk or sb5394 (ID#) • Count employee absent with the sick bank code who are donating. • Update leave balance and count receiving employee absent using same sick bank code.
SICK BANK SETUP • By using a different absence code for each absent employee, you can track who donates to whom and how many days the employee has used. • The only thing the system cannot do right now is track the balance of sick days available.
