Minority and Women's Business Enterprises Post Contract Award IDOA Contract Boilerplate Language for Professional Services on RFP/RFS: “The Contractor agrees to submit a copy of the agreement entered into between the Contractor and each MBE / WBE subcontractor where the State took the selection of the MBE / WBE by the Contractor into consideration when issuing the procurement award”. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises Post Contract Award IDOA Contract Boilerplate Language for Professional Services on RFP/RFS and IDOA M/WBE Participation Policies for Construction: Proposes MBE and WBE Contract Goals become incorporated into and a requirement of the Contract. Contractors shall not substitute, replace or terminate any MBE and WBE without prior written authorization from MWBED and the M/WBE Committed To Participation
