  3. Loading • When? • When the RCO gives permission • How? • Insert one round of ammunition Move the bolt forward but do not close it. • Hold the Rifle horizontal, in the shoulder Aim toward your own target Close the bolt

  4. Unloading • When? • When the RCO orders • End of detail i.e. when you have finished • your course of fire Proof of Unload When leaving the firing Point To RCO or Safety Officer • Flag in or bolt out
