Jonathan Rubeck is a well-educated individual who has been working with D&R Associates, Inc. for over a decade and has handled a variety of responsibilities so far. He joined D&R Associates, Inc. in May 2010 as a computer technician for fixing computer errors and deleting viruses for the company; and as a computer input operator for updating all candidates in computer system. Later, he was promoted to the position of recruiter that came with the responsibility of making cold calls to potential applicants for enticing them to change positions. He diligently served this role from August 2013 to October 2014 before he was promoted to his current position which is that of a research analyst. As a research analyst at D&R Associates Inc., Jonathan Rubeck is responsible for finding qualified applicants to fill open jobs, phone screening them for preliminary information and then passing them on

In order to find the right applicants, he uses sourcing websites, such as - Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Rubeck mostly works with individuals in the tax and accounting fields. He is passionate about his work and enjoys helping recruit people to get them better jobs with more compensation and upward mobility. Alongside working as a research analyst at D&R Associates Inc., Jonathan Rubeck works as a chef in an Italian restaurant making pizza and pasta dishes. Cooking is not only a job, but also a passion for Jonathan. He loves to experiment and often tries new recipes in free time. Being extremely fond of dogs, he has worked in a doggie daycare during one summer as well. In free time, he enjoys playing chess, playing with his dog, reading biographies of famous people, bowling in leagues, hiking, skiing, and playing different musical instruments.
