Student Selection • GAMSAT Graduate Australian Medical Schools Admission Test- minimum 50 (and 50 in each Section) • GPA Grade Point Average - academic performance in first degree- minimum 5.0 (= credit average) • Interview Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) Deakin Medical School:Expanding horizons for medical education and research

Graduate Australian Medical Schools Admission Test • One exam each year in March (capital cities) • Registration deadline: late January - late registration: early February Section I: Reasoning in Humanities & Social Sciences (MCQ) Section II: Written Communication (two 30 min writing tasks) Section III: Reasoning in Biological & Physical Sciences (MCQ) - assumes: - Year 1 university biology (40%) and chemistry (40%) - Year 12 physics (20%) Deakin Medical School:Expanding horizons for medical education and research
