Status of the Punchlist Open by Project Recent Updates • Latest updates posted 12/14 • All projects have provided feedback to the punchlist except EMS • EMS is committing to provide feedback in February • IDA is working towards 95% “non-open” by March ‘08 Recent Enhancements Added “Acknowledged” status to address those items that cannot be truly closed Added “Pending Market Feedback” status to address those items that need additional review Total Open ERCOT Public
