Your future’s calling Earn while you learn Advanced Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services | Starting on £13,254 you will receive incremental increases up to £26,508 over five years We are currently recruiting for Permanent Contract opportunities in Glasgow Want to start earning whilst you are learning? During your apprenticeship journey you will gain NVQ (level 3), BTEC (level 3) and Core Skills Qualifications English and Maths. You will also complete an ICM Institute of Credit Management certificate. We’ll be investing in you to help you reach your full potential. You’ll work in our Glasgow office and be part of our BT Group Billing & Collections team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and collecting payments from customers. If you think you fit the bill all you need to have is min of 4 GCSE grades A-C (Including Maths and English) and you are a motivated and confident person.
