  2. Installation Process of Software 1. Download the software from http://dahd.nic.in/Lstock.htmunder the heading “XML Module ver1.0, incorporating Generating/Validations/Verifications/Restorations/Merging XML files of Quick/Village and Detailed/Household module” or copy it from CD. Double click the “XML_18LCv1.0” folder .The following screen appears

  3. You will find the setup.exefolder click that folder in order to install the software double click the setup.exe

  4. Then click “Next” button

  5. click“Next” button for further processing

  6. INSTALLATION CONFIRMATION Click CLOSE to complete Installation CLICK “NEXT” Now the XML software is installed and you can see the “XML_18LCv1.0” shortcut on the desktop from where you can start your XML Module of 18th livestock census .

  7. XML MODULE Click Here to Generate State Wise All India XML & District Wise All India XML Detailed Tabulation Click here to generate & Restore XML File

  8. Generation and Restoration of XML File • On the click event of the link” XML-Module-Quick-Tabulation-Village Level 1.0“the above form appears. • Selective options if: • to generate XML or • to restore XML

  9. Select Level to Restore XMLAfter selecting “Generate XML” we have an option to generate xml file at different levels which is given in the following form • option • select the appropriate Option, accordingly where you are working • If you are working at State level kindly select “State Wise” option • If you are working at District level kindly select “District Wise” option • If you are working at Tahsil level kindly select “Tahsil Wise” option • If you are working at Town level kindly select “Town Wise”

  10. State-Wise Data Validation On the click of this button whole database will be checked and screen for state-wise XML generation will be displayed If any dicrepancy occurs a message will be displayed. Click this button to validate data accuracy.

  11. “Generate-XML ”Enter State-Code Enter the State-Code and click ”generate XML” button

  12. DISCRIPANCY-ISSUE The Message is “Sorry your data is Incorrect, Data can not be generated. Do you want to see your incorrect data”? Then Click “Yes” to see your Data discrepancy otherwise click “No” if you don’t want to se your discrepancy or incorrect data.

  13. DISCRIPANCY_FORM If any link appears blue then click the link to get relative discipancies. You will find five types of errors that are given below:- • (1)Invalid state Code • (2)Repeated Records (Duplicate Records • (3)Discrepancy regarding Rural/Urban • (4)Orphan Records (Without Master code) • (5)Discrepancy regarding Tahsil code Ward code either zero or non zero

  14. Click Export to Excel to get all Discripancies A dialog box appears Clicking on “export to excel”

  15. Restore-XML Select Townwise that we are storing XML Select restore XML if you want to restore XML file Click here to browse your Town XML file

  16. Locate XML File Appropriately Browse your Town XML file in which folder it is kept

  17. Click to Validate XML File Click here to Validate Your Town XML File Which You want to restore This button will appear after browsing particular XML file it indicates that it will validate the data discripancy in XML file.

  18. Validating XML File It Indicates Yor XML File is being validated or Under Process Of Validation

  19. Dialog-Box Occurs If Any Discripancy If there is discrepancy in the data of XML file then this Dialog Box will appear. Click here to see the data discrepancies of the XML File Then the Discrepancy Form will appear .Now Follow The Similar Process to get the data discrepancies Which we have Performed earlier in above discrepancies Form Section

  20. Restore XML File If No Discripancy If there is no discrepancies then the following Form will appear . Here we are going to restore a district XML File Enter your State Code Enter your District Code Now Click here to restore respective district xml file

  21. Generate State-Wise All INDIA XML And District Wise State XML For Detailed Application Click This Second link to generate state wise All India XML and District wise state XML for detailed tabulation

  22. Click to Validate Your Data Click here to validate your data Dialog Box will appear if there is discripancy Click here to view discripancy

  23. Discripancy in Data This form will display data discripancy Now follow the all instruction‘s provided in the above data discrepancy Form to get the discrepancies available in data

  24. Generate State-wise All INDIA XML And District-Wise All State XML If No Discripancy Now here select State-Wise

  25. Click to Generate State-Wise all INDIA XML Click State Wise All India XML to generate the XML of all states

  26. Start Generating XML This Dialog Box shows that the XML file is now being created in the specific folder

  27. District-Wise all States XML Select District Wise Al l State’s XML Select the state name which District’s XML file you want to create This Button will Appear, Click this button to generate District Wise All State’s XML Now This Dialog Box Indicates the district’s XML File of respective state is generated in a particular folder
