How was Flat Screen invented? • The first prototype flat screen TV was invented during the month of July in 1964. • The flat screen TV was co-invented by University of Illinois professors Donald Bitzer and Gene Slottow. The two men were assisted by graduate student Robert Wilson. • The flat-screen TV that the men invented output a single color, and used a technology that is similar to modern day plasma TVs.

  3. Who invented HD TV? • HDTV stands for High Definition Television. • HDTV enhances the quality of the picture on your screen and the quality of the sound. • In the future HDTV will allow the connectivity of computers and televisions.

  4. The History of 3D TV! • 3D TV system. Left (top to bottom): Array of 16 cameras and projectors. Middle: Rear-projection 3D display with double-lenticular screen. Right: Front-projection 3D display with single-lenticular screen. • The first 3D movie was made in 1903 and the first publicly shown 3D movie was The Power of Love in 1922.

  5. Who invented the Television? • The first man who invented television was Paul Nipknow in 1907. • Nipkow was born on August 22, 1860, in Lauenberg, Germany. • Paul Nipkow’s rotating disks; or they attempted to build an electronic television system using a cathode ray tube.

How did the Television improve? • John Logie Baird patented the idea of using array of transparent rods to transmit images for television. • Karl Braun invented the cathode ray tube oscilloscope in 1897. • In 1927 Philo Farnsworth was the first inventor to transmit a television image comprise of 60 horizontal lines

In 1948 Louis Parker invented the modern changeable television receiver. • Martin Middlemark invented rabbit ears to shaped TV antennae . • Color TV was invented December 17, 1953 was commercial broadcasting. • In June of 1956 that the TV remote controller that was called lazy boy by Zenith Electronics. • The first prototype for plasma display monitor was invented by Donald Bitzer, Gene Slottow, and Robert Willson.
