  13. Sprint Renewal TIME Remind credit unions that have not yet renewed for the 2012-2013 Contract Year (October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013) that now is the time. Remaining schedule for the 2012-2013 Contract Year statement insert opportunities: • January Mailing (12/31/2012 Statement Closing Date) • Requests must be received by 12/1/2012 • April Mailing (3/31/2013 Statement Closing Date) • Requests must be received by 3/1/2013 • July Mailing (6/30/2013 Statement Closing Date) • Requests must be received by 6/1/2013

  14. Members & Employees Earn Promotional Dollars from Sprint Sprint is offering the following promotions to members in addition to the 10% Credit Union Member Discount and waived activation fee. Port-in (Switch To Sprint) Promotion Credit union members who transfer from another provider earn a $100 service credit per line when they transfer their number to Sprint Phone Connect Promotion When members replace their home phone service with Sprint Phone Connect, they can enjoy up to $100 in instant savings on a smartphone Employee/Member Referral Promotion Credit union members & employees on Sprint can refer other credit union members & employees to Sprint and each earn a $50 Visa Prepaid Card *Verification of CU membership is required.

  15. Sprint Port-in Promotion (Switch to Sprint) This marks the return of our very successful 2011 promotion and is stackable with the Employee/Member Referral Promotion. When: Runs now through December 31, 2012 What: For a limited time, credit union members who Switch To Sprint from a competitive provider receive a $100 service credit  for each newly activated line of service.  How: Visit www.LoveMyCreditUnion.org/Sprint  for details on the 10% discount* on select monthly services plans & waived activation fee.  Upon activation: members visit www.sprint.com/promo/iL29171PC  within 72 hours of port-in activation to request your service credit. The service credit will be applied to the first or second invoice after they have been a Sprint customer for 61 days. It will appear as "Valued Customer Service Credit." *Application of discount requires 2-year contract extension on existing plans. Verification of membership is required at time of activation/upgrade Discount not available on secondary lines for Family and Business Share plans. iPhone is eligible for this promotion.

Members should mention Corporate ID: NACUC_ZZM to claim the discount. Must activate both devices in store on the same account at the same time. When members replace their home phone service with Sprint Phone Connect, they can enjoy up to $100 in instant savings on a smartphone. This promotion is stackable with the Port-In Promotion (both devices must be activated at once by 12.31.12). *Requires a two-year Agreement/activation. Home phone not included. $100 may be used on iPhone. ** Not eligible for the Credit Union Member Discount.

Sprint Employee/Member Referral Promotion For the first time Sprint has developed a dedicated referral program for credit unions and their members.  This promotion is available to more than 1.3 million participating employees/members. Referring employees/members must be a current Sprint customers with a credit union discount. This referral promotion is stackable with the Port-In Promotion. When:  Runs now through December 31, 2012 What:   Refer credit union members or credit union coworkers to Sprint and if they sign up, both will receive a $50 Visa Prepaid Card.  Earn up to $250 when five new accounts are referred.  (Maximum: five accounts) How: Current Sprint customers with a credit union discount can start referring today using: www.sprint.com/promo/iL1951RR For promotion details visit: www.LoveMyCreditUnion.org/Sprint

Sprint Verification Process Members can visit www.sprint.com/verify, and select “fax or upload your verification” where they can complete and upload the form and attach their proof right to the site. Members will be automatically reminded if they forgot to include their proof. Members may also fax their form and their proof of eligibility within 30 days of service activation or new discount application to the Sprint Corporate Accounts Department:913.523.1987or toll free:877.687.8211. Email verification is NOT an option. Membership proof option must include member’s name with all confidential information blocked out. ● CU check ● Unexpired CU credit/debit card ● ● Current CU statement issued within the last 60 days ● CU membership card ● To ensure the continued integrity of this program, members must periodically provide documentation to verify eligibility of credit union membership. New customers are required to fill out a verification form within 30 days of activation. Current customers are required to provide proof of discount eligibility when upgrading their device if it has been 20+ months since their last validation. 

  19. Sprintkeep it in Members’ Minds The annual Sprint marketing incentives are generated from overall member usage – a good reason to keep it in members’ minds. The more the program is taken advantage of, the more members save and the higher the incentives become.  Credit union marketing requirements: • Promote Sprint service exclusively • Include a quarterly statement insert at least once per Contract Year • Continuously display Sprint lobby materials • Publish approved newsletter articles at least two (2) times per Contract Year • Display approved Sprint banner and link on credit union website Additional ways credit unions can keep Sprint growing: statement messaging, posters, team up with local Sprint stores for lobby events, add the discount to benefits of credit union employment.

  20. Update: biz kid$ Goals: Establish BizKid$ as the premier financial literacy delivery mechanism for students and increase the awareness of financial literacy concepts to kids nationwide. Over 290 credit unions and leagues/LSCs have collectively raised $13 million in funding over the last five years to support the Biz Kid$ Financial Literacy Initiative. Request to Credit Unions: Allocate just 10 percent of their Invest in America Sprint marketing incentive to Biz Kid$. Their contribution will support an important initiative that brands America’s Credit Unions as a premiere sponsor of teaching consumers about responsible money management. Next Steps: In late October, credit unions will receive additional information on how they can be a part of this exciting effort. They will also have the ability to visit their Scorecard located in the Partner Center of the Invest in America website to obtain an estimate of their 2012 Invest in America Sprint marketing incentive. Second Year that TurboTax & Jackson Hewitt have been part of IIA • TurboTax & Jackson Hewitt were added to the Invest in America program in January 2011. • Over 1,000 credit unions currently offer a TurboTax discount to their members and over 400 accounts offer Jackson Hewitt through the IIA program. • Offering both TurboTax & Jackson Hewitt provides a discount to members who prefer to file their taxes online or with the help of a tax professional.

Sweepstakes details Theme: Double My Refund Time Period: January 3 – February 28, 2013 Entry Method: Members are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes upon starting a TurboTax return during the Sweepstakes time period (and providing a valid email address).
