TPT Simplification Project Update • Where We’re Going • Data Match and Merge with DOR • New Joint Tax Application Form (JT1) • Geo Coding • New Monthly Filing Form (TPT1) • Online Bulk Filing • Weekly Cash Deposits and Reports/Data • Location Based Reporting for ALL Cities • Transition of all Administrative functionality to DOR in January 2016

TPT Simplification Project Update • City of Phoenix Business Intelligence/ Analytics (BI/BA) - Phoenix On Point (POP) • Proven Oracle product currently in use • Solid Waste Division • Worked with DOR to revise current and add new “reports” and data • New “reports” will be standardized • Basic queries will be developed based on the Phoenix Needs Assessment • All will be able to modify or customize • No need to wait for IT
