TPT Simplification Project Update • City of Phoenix Business Intelligence/ Analytics (BI/BA) - Phoenix On Point (POP) • Proven Oracle product currently in use • Solid Waste Division • Worked with DOR to revise current and add new “reports” and data • New “reports” will be standardized • Basic queries will be developed based on the Phoenix Needs Assessment • All will be able to modify or customize • No need to wait for IT
