Product Description • Rack mount, turn-key gas analyzer • Analyzes a complex matrix for trace quantities of toxic gases • Gas chromatography is used to separate the gas of interest from background gases
Product Description • Rugged, long life Metal Oxide Detector • Specific chemical analysis • Accurate and reproducible measurements • High Sensitivity - Detection capability down to 5 ppb
Product Description Gas Chromatography Made Simple • No support gas cylinders required • Scrubbed room air used as support gas • No hazardous source or detector gas • Solid-state Metal-Oxide sensor • No complex calculations or adjustments • Optional auto-calibrator • Ensures greatest accuracy without any customer intervention
Product Description • Uses the power of Gas Chromatographic Analysis without the complex operational or support requirements associated with this technology • Low Cost of Operation & Maintenance
Auto-Calibration/Dilutor Option Allows self-calibration in the field • Built into the unit • Reduces cost of operation • Less expensive gas standards at ppb levels • Allows for simpler field maintenance • Recalibration of the detector is easy! • Multi-point calibration improves accuracy and dynamic range
How Does It Work • Sample is introduced into the unit • Pre-concentrator to provide greatest sensitivity • Pre-concentrator is heated to produce a plug of gas on analytical column • Gas of interest is separated from background gases on GC column • After a reproducible period of time, gas of interest is detected with solid state detector
Optional Display • Menu driven keypad • Provides easy access to menus including system status, calibration and alarms • LED’s provide quick indication of system status
Applications Industrial Monitoring • Process Control Monitoring • OHSA Occupational Exposure Monitoring • Perimeter Monitoring (EPA)
BTEX Detection • BTEX = Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl Benzene and Xylenes • Oil and Gas Industry • Process and storage applications • Food and Beverage Industry • Approved for all ISBT Method 12 criteria for selective measurement of BTEX in CO2
