  2. Joy Hamm has 19 years of experience in higher education, with the last 7 years of her career being focused on college recruitment, admissions, and financial aid. Dr. Joy Hamm has served as the Chief Enrollment Officer at a variety of institutions, including a community college, a mid-size public regional university, and a small highly selective institution.

  3. Throughout her career, Dr. Joy Hamm has created department- level strategic plans; assisted in the development of institution- level strategic plans; and composed learning outcomes and objectives for academic classes as well as general student engagement and assessed degree of successful completion of these for institutional, state, and national reporting.

  4. Joy Hamm was the author and principal investigator for a federal grant that led to the creation of an office of alcohol and other drug education on her campus. She has published her own research and serves as a reviewer for the Journal of American College Health.
