  5. Food Getting • Dolphins get their food using their teeth and mouth. • They also hunt their food by diving • Dolphins hunt their prey in teams • Dolphins usually eat sardines

  6. Protection • Dolphins use their sharp teeth and their fast moving tails • They swim in groups to protect each other

  7. Fun Facts About Dolphins • Dolphins are aquatic mammals • T.truncatus is the largest • Bottlenose dolphins are usually trained to perform in zoos • Dolphins live in pods with 15 other dolphins • Female dolphins can live up to 40-50 years
