  3. NISD LRPT Tech plans are on a three-year cycle with annual revisions: 2011-2014 Current plan 2015-2017 Planning in progress Key Areas: • Teaching & Learning • Educator Preparation & Development • Administration & Support • Infrastructure

  4. 2013-2014 Major Accomplishments • Closed 8,969 help desk tickets from July 4, 2013 to April 9, 2014 • Deployed 8,780 devices to students • Deployed 1,343 tablets to teachers • Deployed 1,583 laptops to teachers • Deployed 90 iPad Minis to the OLC • Upgraded 29 central office computers • 20,989 Email accounts • Processed over $396,000 in 1:1 insurance and device fees
