Impending Danger Plan Safety Conference Evaluate the present danger plan if in place to determine if current actions are appropriate and sufficient. What other family support is needed? Are current providers the right match to family needs and can they continue to be safety provider? Are other providers needed? Agree as to specific schedule for safety service providers. Risk Assessment • Based on the final risk level, the CPI will: • Seek supervisor consultation when the child is “safe” with high or very high family risk level. • Refer families with high and very high risk levels for “Family Support Services.” • The CPI will explain the risk assessment process and results to the family.
