  2. Welcome toSt. Peter! • We pause our summer “Armor” series for a week and focus on who really is great in the kingdom of God. The answer is simple. Everyone is, so the Gospel needs to bring those who don’t know that truth in so that more are saved.

  3. Welcome toSt. Peter! • There are friendship registers at the end of each pew. • Please take a moment to give us your information so that we have a record of your time with us today. • Thank you!

  4. For Our Guests • If you have questions, let us try to help. Speak with an usher, greeter, or the person next to you. • If you’d like to learn more about St. Peter and its ministry, please talk to a pastor or member after the service.

  6. Prayer before Worship • Lord, bless my worship as I focus my attention to the way you came to serve us. In love you gave us the Means of Grace: Gospel in Word and Sacrament to strengthen our faith. May your Spirit do that for us as we worship your Holy Name. Amen.

  8. OUR COMMUNION PRACTICE • In the Sacrament of Holy Communion, Jesus gives us his true body and blood. We express unity with our Savior and those who share our faith and stand on the teachings of God’s Word. • Therefore, we invite to our altar those who are members of our church or the WELS. Visitors and guests who wish to commune are asked to speak to a pastor before the service begins.
