Defining the teams: The method Four Stages of a Team: Forming – Anxiety is high, goals are uncertain Storming – Conflict can develop, how they are handled is an important part of the process ‘Norming’ – Roles are being shaped and defined, adjustments are being made, the group is being defined Performing - When things are going as they should and project progress is being made as a cohesive unit
