  3. Two types of user can login 1. Exam Admin Exam Admin is the person who set up the questions, duration and conduct the exam. This user will register the institution/organization and create user id/password for students. 2. Student Students will collect login credentials from Exam Admin. After logging in, they can sit for exam.

  5. Visit www.meektechnologies.com Click on Register

  6. Enter the institution’s detail. Email id is very important. Click on Register. After registration. Login as admin from home page.

  7. This is the dashboard for exam administrator for setting up the exam detail.

  8. Step 1: Exam Fee Payment By default, exam admin receives one(1) exam free for testing the system. Payment can be done through paypal, credit card or bank transfer.

  9. Step 2: Register students for exam • Students registration can be done manually like above or you can email us the list of students in an excel sheet with desired user id and password, we can enter them for you.

  10. Step 3: Create question paper You can create questions for any subject and any no. of sets. All your subjects will appear in the list. Click on View/Edit to enter the questions.

  11. Step 4: Set up the question paper Add New Save. Browse the question no. if required and Update. Put Correct Answer(s) as well. Based on your correct Answer(s), the result will be calculated.

  12. Step 5: Set up the duration Select question set and set up the duration for that exam. Enter how many no. of questions you want the students to answer within that time period. Meaning you may have 100 questions in the set but you can ask the students to answer only 60 questions. Questions will appear randomly and not serially. So two students sitting together will get 2 different questions at a time. But ultimately they will get same questions at different time. This has been done so that students can’t copy each other.

  13. Step 6: Conduct exam • Give the user id and password of the students that you have created for students. • Ask them to login and sit for the exam.

  15. Step 1: Login with their user id & password This user id & password is created by exam admin during students registration. Upon successful login, students get the list of exams that they are supposed to sit. They commence the exam with predefined duration & no. of questions. Students can’t change the duration or no. of questions.

  16. Step 2: Answer the questions Students get random questions. They can browse next & previous questions. They can see the remaining time & questions. They can see the result immediately after clicking “Finish Exam”. If they don’t finish exam within the time, it will close automatically and display the result.
