The Process Incident Report Received Report is reviewed by SC Admin Student is sent Charge Letter Student does not schedule Conduct Review Student schedules Conduct Review Attempt to contact student Student schedules Hearing Hearing scheduled for student Administrative Hearing Panel Hearing Notified of scheduled hearing Found Responsible Found Not Responsible Case Closed Sanction Imposed • Appeals to Vice President of Student and International Affairs (decision is upheld or changed and forwarded to Student Conduct to complete sanction if required) • Completes Sanction • Does Not Complete Sanction Case Closed • Hold is Placed on Student Account Case Closed
