  2. Vacation Accrual Ratesfor Hourly Staff Full-time Hourly Employees • 12-month employees: 1 through 3 yrs – 3.33 hours accrual rate per pay period (10 days) • 4 through 7 full years – 5.00 hours per pay period (15 days) • After 7 years – 6.67 hours per pay period (20 days)

  3. Executive Officers Executive Officers - President & VP’s • Vacation is accrued at a rate of 6.67 hours per pay period. • To a maximum of 160 hours ( 20 work days)
