How to certify? SuperOffice Partner Portal (http://partner.superoffice.com) • Instructions • WEB form • Certification database and tools • Login provided through your partner contact at SuperOffice. • Login is personal. • http://partner.superoffice.com.
The certification process - Detail ~ 3 months
Step 1 Prepare • Use the guidelines at Partner Portal and DevNet • Download the certification package and get familiar with it. • Download
Step 2 Request • Fill in a Certification form • It is “yours” until submitted • Contact us at cert@superoffice.comif you have any questions • Submit when ready • Yes, you will be invoiced….
Step 3 Test Setup • In step 3 we get the request as it is submitted • We will give feedback • You will be contacted and all pre requisites will be checked • A date for test is booked
Step 4 Test • Performed on a set date • Certification Consultant is logged in to your site • You are running the test case(s) • Test logs collected After test • Test results reviewed and Test report prepared • protocol
Step 5 Result • Result sent to ISV • If passed, handed to Certification Board • When certified, published as certified product on SuperOffice Intranet and Partner Portal

Test case • You have to build the test case. • We will comment on the case and come back to you. • Some hints: • If working with UDFields, please include ALL types. • Make a selection from the test database and update them back (Integrations) • If applicable, make cases were “visible for” is used.(BI/ Select products) • If you support more than one language, include all supported languages • Our prime object is to verify that your product is acting “OK” towards the SuperOffice database/ application. • We are not testing the quality of the actual product. • We are not experts on your application so you have to guide us.
