  2. Who will be the trainers • Pharmacists, doctors, allied health providers and communication/counseling experts (knowledge in special programs priority where they apply)

  3. Who will be the trainees • Phase one: MTC and PV coordinators in regional referral hospitals • Phase two: HMTC, HSD MTCand the private sector practitioners • Patients – during health promotion talks at the OPD, special clinics and Ante natal units. • Monitoring and evaluation of training quality and impact.

  4. Resource needs • Skilled and motivated professionals with training abilities (trainers) • Training logistics (stationery, transport) and training sites/venues • Finance (per diems, stationery, logistics etc)
