The Fight The mob gets out of control and people start throwing stick, stones, and snowball at the British. There were nine British officers. Death Total The death total was five. Three were killed right on the spot. Eight men were wounded , two out of the eight died after the incident. Those who died were: Samuel Gray, James Caldwell, Crispus Attucks, Samuel Maverick, and Patrick Carr. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:The_death.png
Trial Captain Preston and the soldiers were arrested and scheduled for trial at Suffolk County court. Captain Preston was found not guilty.
