Initiatives and Subcontracts • Individuals who receive awards for initiatives will be expected to participate in state and/or regional task force meetings. • Copies of subcontracts will be sent to both applicants and their institutional representatives. • All initiatives will be awarded as subcontracts.
Sponsorship Issues • HESC & VESID personnel should be invited to participate in meetings, events and activities related to the project. • Publications, brochures or advertisements related to or supported by the project should be shared with HESC & VESID personnel prior to copying/distribution.
