A Day in the Life … 31,505 requests were completed on 5/19/2004 • 19% were completed in less than 3 hours • 30% were completed in less than 6 hours • 65% were completed in less than 24 hours • 88% were completed in less than 48 hours • Average time to fill a request = 1.135 days
