Data Services Environment (DSE)Coming this month SOA = Service Oriented Architecture NCES = Net-Centric Enterprise Services DDMS = Defense Discovery Metadata Specification ADS = Authoritative Source Registry M2M = Machine-to-Machine • DSE is an enhanced SOA Dashboard that brings together the NCES SOA capabilities into a common, modular framework to simplify the publication and discovery of data services that facilitate information sharing across the Department • Web services • Messaging channels • DDMS metacards • Will include: • Metadata Registry • Net-Centric Publisher • Service Discovery • Enterprise Service Management • Enterprise ADS Registry (future release) • M2M Messaging (future release) 5
